Munay-Ki comes from the Quecha word that means ‘I love you’ or ‘Be as thou art’. The 9 rites of initiation within the Munay-Ki system are based on the initiatory practices of the Inka & the Pre-Inka shaman of the Andes & the Amazon.  The 9 rites of initiation are common to all shamanic traditions, even though they are expressed in different forms & styles in different cultures. They derive from the great initiations from the Indus Valley that were brought into the Americas by the first medicine men & women who crossed the Baring Straits from Siberia during the glacial period some 30,000 years ago. These courageous travellers were the Laika, the Earthkeepers of old.

The Munay-Ki offers us the next step in Evolution – the codes for the new Human. The 9 rites of initiation transform the Luminous Energy Field, which re-informs the DNA structure, offering you the opportunity to become ‘Homo Luminous’ – a shining Being of the future; a person of wisdom & power who has accepted  stewardship for all of Creation. The 9 rites of the Munay-Ki are:

The Healers Rite, which connects you to a lineage of Earthkeepers from the past who come to assist in your personal healing.

The Bands of Power, which are installed into your Luminous Energy Field & provide essential protection.

The Harmony Rite, where 7 shamanic archetypes are integrated with your chakra system. These include the Serpent, the Jaguar, the Hummingbird & three ‘Archangels’.

The Seer Rite, which awakens your ability to perceive the world of energy all around us.

The Daykeeper Rite, which connects you to the power of the ancient stone altars at sacred places all around the world & begin the process of healing the inner Feminine.

The Wisdomkeeper Rite, which helps you step out of time & taste infinity, protecting the ancient medicine teachings & discerning when it is appropriate to share them with others.

The Earthkeeper Rite, which helps you learn the ways of the seer & dream the world into being.

The Starkeeper Rite, which awakens the Christ & Buddha consciousness within & enables the body to start to transform evolve into that of Homo Luminous.

The Creator Rite, which awakens the Creator-Light within & a sense of stewardship of all creation.  After you receive this rite, you are gifted a Pi Stone that represents your ability to become a conduit between the manifest & unmanifest world; your key to the hyper-dimensional matrix of the Universe.

The Munay-Ki is delivered in three sessions. Each session includes teachings to deepen your understanding of the rites, exercises with meditation & sound, individual initiations/energy transmissions & Fire Ceremonies which are part of the process of integration & assimilation of the rites.

You must attend all three sessions to complete the Munay-Ki, following which you can teach the system to others, should it be your wish – The Inka instructed Dr Alberto Villoldo, who first presented the rites, that they were to be shared & he teaches that they will blossom when given away with ‘Great Munay’ – great Love.
